Patchwork Philly is hiring for a dishwasher/food prep position

The job will be three days of dishwashing, and 1-2 days of prep. Basic food handling and knife work skills required, but nothing too complex. This is an AM position that requires open/full time availability. 4-5 days a week, 32-40 hours. Duties are as follows:

Dish days:

• Washing dishes
• Cleaning floors
• Taking out trash
• Maintaining dish machine and cleaning dish pit at the end of the shift
• Setting up for the next shift (chemicals, bins, etc...)
• Taking on larger cleaning projects during down time (washing speed racks, cleaning walls, etc...)

Prep days:

• Preparing & restocking cold side of breakfast buffet
• Assisting line cook with opening
• Restocking cold market (sandwiches, salads, etc...)
• Prepping in advance for above tasks
• Filling out station MEP lists
• Completing a written prep list once all of the above is completed
