Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders. Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training/MMA team. Handle member service matters. Perform various administrative and housekeeping duties. Comply with operational procedures. Work the floor to assist members. Assist in all revenue generating activities. Sell training sessions. Achieve monthly revenue objectives. Qualifications In depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques. A minimum of 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym. A minimum 1 year of related experience. Experience in management/employee relations preferred.
