This is primarily a home-focused role — one full day each week is dedicated to a thorough cleaning of the home, with lighter daily upkeep throughout the week — paired with warm, attentive care for the family's three school-age children (ages 10, 8, and 8). The family is looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates what the household needs, and is excited to become a lasting, trusted part of their lives. Given the rural setting, on-site housing (a separate rental property) and a vehicle are provided.
