What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with our providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities that shift as patient and practice needs evolve
• Support smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience
• Help maintain a well-organized, efficient clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina certification as a Medical Assistant
• Prior clinical experience is required — this is not an entry-level position
• Professional references will be requested
• Strong leadership skills and confidence to take ownership of your role
• Someone who adapts quickly, stays organized, and communicates well under pressure

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch)
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:45 AM
• Based on a 40-hour work week
• No nights, no weekends — and off all major holidays

Compensation

We're committed to paying competitively and are comfortable paying above the Charlotte market average for candidates who bring the experience, skills, and leadership qualities we value.

Role - Hourly Pay Range

Medical Assistant (MA) - $18 – $26 / hr
